Welcome to MELECE. By accessing this site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. About us

This site is operated by Guangzhou Qingtian Internet Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), offering online sales and delivery of fashion apparel, bags and accessories through melece.com.

2. Acceptance and electronic communications

  • Using this site means you accept these Terms together with the other rules published on it (such as our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Coupon Rules).
  • You agree that we may communicate with you electronically and send you order confirmations, dispatch notices, refund outcomes and similar documents by email or on-site notice. Those electronic documents satisfy any legal requirement of writing.

3. Age and capacity

This site is intended only for users who have full legal capacity and can enter into contracts on their own. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to contract. If you are below that age, please use this site only with the consent and company of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any resulting order.

4. Licence and restrictions

Provided you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to browse and shop for personal use. You must not:

  • bulk-scrape site content or place orders using automated means (crawlers, bots, scripts);
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to obtain the source code of the site, except where the law expressly permits it;
  • frame, mirror or otherwise reproduce any substantial part of the site;
  • remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other rights notice on the site.

5. Accounts

  • You are responsible for everything done under your account and must keep your credentials safe;
  • You must provide true and accurate registration and delivery information;
  • If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately;
  • We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse or malicious ordering.

6. Products and orders

  • Product images, descriptions and sizing are for reference and we try to keep them accurate; colours may differ slightly because of shooting light and screen variation;
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only once we confirm and dispatch the order;
  • If a price is listed incorrectly, stock is unavailable, or we cannot ship to your destination, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund;
  • We reserve the right to review unusual orders (for example mass duplicate orders or obvious non-personal purchasing).

7. Prices and payment

  • Prices are based on US dollars (USD); amounts shown in other currencies are reference conversions and the amount actually charged is settled by your payment provider;
  • Shipping fees, duties and import taxes are handled as described in Shipping & Delivery;
  • Available payment methods are those actually shown at checkout — see Payment Methods.

8. Delivery, returns and after-sales

Delivery times, return conditions and refund processes are set out in Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds. Those pages and these Terms together form our agreement with you.

9. Title and risk of loss

Title to and risk of loss of the goods pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you specified and signed for by you or your nominated recipient. If you use a third-party forwarding warehouse, risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to that warehouse. Until delivery, transit risk is ours.

10. Coupons and membership

How coupons and membership benefits are earned, used and expire is described in Coupon Rules and Membership & Points. Coupons have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash. Whether any particular discount applies is always determined by what checkout calculates.

11. Reviews and other user content

You may submit product reviews, images and other content on this site. As to that content:

  • you represent and warrant that it is your own original work or that you have all necessary permissions, and that it infringes no third party's copyright, trade mark, image rights or privacy;
  • you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable licence to reproduce, display, translate and adapt that content on this site and in our marketing channels, for operations and promotion;
  • you keep the copyright in your content and may ask us at any time to stop using it in marketing channels;
  • we may, but are not obliged to, review, edit or remove content that breaches these Terms or the law — in particular unlawful, false, abusive, infringing content, or content containing sensitive personal information;
  • please do not publish your order number, phone number or address in a review.

12. Intellectual property

Text, images, trademarks, page designs and source code on this site are legally protected. They may not be copied, republished, scraped or used commercially without written permission. MELECE and its related marks are our trademarks.

13. Acceptable use

You must not use this site for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to posting unlawful or infringing content, attacking or disrupting the site, bulk data scraping, ordering by bot, impersonating others, money laundering, or evading sanctions and export controls.

14. Export and sanctions compliance

You must not use goods bought on this site for any purpose prohibited by law, nor export, re-export or transfer them to any country, region, entity or person subject to international sanctions or export controls. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to breach these requirements.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, customs or government action, etc.);
  • Where delivery fails because the address, phone number or other information you supplied was wrong, the resulting loss is yours to bear;
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the order concerned.
  • These limitations do not apply where we have acted intentionally or with gross negligence, nor to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded (such as personal injury, or rights consumer law gives you that cannot be waived).

16. Suspension and termination

If you breach these Terms we may suspend or terminate your account and access, and cancel the affected orders. We may also suspend or permanently discontinue all or part of the site for business, compliance or force majeure reasons, in which case we will give advance notice and either perform existing orders as agreed or refund them in full.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal or business reasons. Updates will be published on this page with an effective date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms. An order already placed is governed by the version in force when it was placed.

18. Severability, entire agreement, no waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force and the provision in question will be interpreted as closely as possible to its original intent. These Terms, together with the other rules on this site, are the entire agreement between us and replace any earlier oral or written communication. Our failure or delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of it.

19. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China;
  • the parties should first try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, it may be submitted to the competent court where we are located;
  • these Terms do not diminish your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of your own country, nor remove your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence;
  • consumers in the EU may also seek help from the consumer protection body in their country or from an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
