The MELECE ME Membership programme upgrades you automatically based on how much you spend — no application, no fee. The higher your tier, the better your discount, points rate and benefits.

Thresholds are counted in US dollars (USD); orders in other currencies are converted at the rate applied when you check out.
How tiers are calculated
- Based on the amounts actually paid on completed orders within a rolling 12-month window (after member discount, excluding shipping and duties);
- Once you pass a threshold the upgrade is normally applied automatically after the order completes — no need to contact us;
- Upgrades happen one step at a time; you never skip a tier;
- Spend older than 12 months rolls out of the window. If that takes you below your current tier's threshold you will be downgraded, with a 7-day grace period;
- Refunded orders are deducted from your total and may affect your tier.
Points
- Points accrue on the amount actually paid, multiplied by your tier's points rate;
- Points can be redeemed at checkout; the exact redemption ratio and cap are shown on the checkout page;
- Points are non-transferable, cannot be cashed out, and expire if the account is closed;
- For refunded orders, the corresponding points are deducted again.
About "standard shipping free" (ME+++)
So there is no misunderstanding, here is exactly what it covers:
- It waives the standard shipping fee we charge you, i.e. the standard delivery option shown at checkout;
- It applies only to destinations we can currently ship to (see Shipping & Delivery); destinations we cannot ship to cannot be ordered, so free shipping does not arise;
- It does not cover destination customs duties or import taxes, which by law are payable by the recipient and are not shipping fees;
- If you expressly choose a delivery option more expensive than standard, the difference above the standard cost remains payable;
- If a free-shipping order is returned and the order would no longer qualify for member free shipping, we may deduct the corresponding shipping fee from the refund (as the law permits).

Does membership cost anything? No — creating an account enrols you at ME automatically.
How do I see my tier? Sign in and check your membership card and current spend in My Account.
I have spent enough but did not upgrade. Make sure the orders are complete (delivered and not refunded); upgrades normally apply once an order completes.
Can free shipping be combined with a coupon? The ME+++ standard-shipping waiver is a membership benefit and can be used together with a coupon, subject to what checkout shows.
